Here at Ryobert Landscape Paver Pro, we understand that pricing is a big part of the buying decision and we want to be open and transparent about our pricing structure. It is rare in our industry to share this information, but we believe that by making our costs, expenses, and prices transparent, we will earn the trust of our customers, employees, and the community.

We have nothing to hide and we want to give our clients all the information they need to determine if we are the best fit for their lawn care and maintenance project.

At Ryobert Landscape Paver Pro we put our values ​​first. These values ​​govern and guide our performance while working from home and doing a job well done. The quality, the respect, the security, the education, the good manners, the detail, and the trust.

With that said, we are not the right lawn care company for some homeowners and customers.

If someone is looking for price discounts, barter, or price match... RYOBERT LAWN CARE SERVICE is not the service for them.

We have standardized prices on all the services we perform. We strive to make a financially sustainable business that can serve our customers in the future.

We are not the lowest price in town, but we are certainly not the most expensive.

We are constantly looking for ways to improve our efficiency within the company in order to offer our customers the best possible price.

COST OF MOWING LAWN

Our goal is to keep our prices simple, transparent, and affordable. We have standardized the prices used for mowing, based on square footage.

There are many variables that will increase or decrease the price, but these are the general guidelines that we use. These prices are for cutting service on a weekly or biweekly schedule (every two weeks). We require that all Clients be on a weekly schedule from March to June. During the summer, it can change to a fortnightly schedule.

VARIABLES THAT WILL AFFECT THE PRICE

- SHAPE: A perfectly rectangular lawn will take a considerable amount of time, less so far compared to an aggregate-shaped lawn with flower beds and obstacles scattered everywhere.

-ACCESS: Small doors in backyards prevent us from using larger mowing equipment and increase the time it takes to mow in the yard if it is fenced off. Driveways or directions with limited parking for our truck and trailer setup also increase the time it takes to perform service. A lawn right next to the trailer park will cost less.

 

REMOVAL OF CUTS, CLIPPING DISPOSAL

We assume that we will be hauling or take the clipping to the landfill. On large properties, having the clippings side-discharged and left on the lawn will reduce the price.
